We’re building a meeting agent that builds company-wide conversational context and eliminates busy work around meetings. We’re a fast-moving team looking for a Growth Engineer to own the in-product flows that turn signups into active users, and active users into teams. You’ll ship the experiments and own the numbers they move.

This is an IC role. You’ll be deep in the analytics, improving our core product flows and owning metrics — not moving tickets from left to right on a board. If you want to own a roadmap and coordinate other people’s work, this isn’t it.

Every company runs on conversations, and most of that context disappears the moment a meeting ends. Jamie captures it, structures it, and makes it usable across the entire organisation. We work closely with our customers to build a magical product with real-world impact.
We believe in shipping fast, learning constantly, and building a product users love.
Our growth work today mostly stops at the edge of the product. That’s the constraint we’re hiring to remove: the highest-leverage place to drive activation, conversion and expansion is inside the product itself, and right now nobody owns that.
We’ll be honest about the current state — with most of our in-product flows, we’re gambling more than we’re converting. Onboarding, the churn flow, the journey from a personal plan to a team plan: these were built, they work, and almost none of them have been rigorously tested. There’s a lot of upside sitting there untouched.
You’ll own those flows end to end. Not just shipping them, but owning the metrics they move, deciding what to test next based on what the funnel actually says, and treating retention as the revenue lever it is.
Own Activation & Onboarding: Take full ownership of the path from signup to a user who genuinely gets value from Jamie — and the numbers that describe it.
Own the Expansion Path: Drive the journey from personal use to team adoption. This is where a lot of our revenue upside lives, and it needs someone whose job it is.
Own the Churn Flow: Understand why people leave, build the flows that catch them, and measure whether those flows actually work.
Run Real Experiments: Design, ship and analyse in-product experiments. Know the difference between a result and noise, and be willing to kill your own ideas when the data says so.
Run the Funnel Reporting: Build and maintain growth and funnel reporting on a regular cadence, and use it to decide what’s worth working on next. You’ll be the person who knows where users actually drop off.
Treat Retention as Revenue: Push activation and conversion, but especially retention — it compounds harder than anything else we can do.
We use the best tools to build the best product, and we’re always happy to hear new ideas and perspectives that could make working better. Currently:
