We’re building a meeting agent that builds company-wide conversational context and eliminates busy work around meetings. We’re a fast-moving team looking for a Platform Engineer to join our core team in Berlin (hybrid/remote possible). You’ll own the infrastructure, observability and internal tooling that everything else at Jamie runs on — and build the automation that stops problems from reaching our users in the first place.
Every company runs on conversations, and most of that context disappears the moment a meeting ends. Jamie captures it, structures it, and makes it usable across the entire organisation. We work closely with our customers to build a magical product with real-world impact.

We run a hybrid Cloudflare + GCP setup behind a desktop app, a mobile app and a set of media and ML pipelines. It works well — and it now needs someone who owns it properly rather than maintaining it on the side.
The issues that reach us today are deep: audio capture on unusual hardware, desktop app edge cases, ML pipeline behavior, sync and infrastructure problems. Diagnosing them well requires infrastructure where the answer is already visible in a dashboard or a log query instead of buried in a multi-hour investigation.
That’s the mandate: make the platform reliable, make it observable, and build the internal tooling and agents that turn hours of digging into minutes. You set the technical direction.
Own Our Infrastructure: Take end-to-end ownership of our Cloudflare + GCP setup — deployments, environments, cost, scaling, and the reliability of the systems behind our desktop app and media pipelines.
Observability & Alerting: Build the logging, tracing, metrics and alerting that let anyone at Jamie answer “what happened to this user’s meeting?” in minutes.
Build Internal Tooling: Ship scripts, dashboards, log queries, agents, and internal apps that make investigation fast. You are expected to build, not just operate. We have solid foundations for building and running internal agents with Cloudflare OS.
Support Automation: Work with our Support Engineer to turn recurring, manual investigation into self-serve diagnostics, canned checks and agents — the explicit goal is to make manual support unnecessary.
CI/CD & Developer Experience: Keep our pipelines fast and boring so the team can ship many times a day without ceremony.
Close the Loop with Engineering: Turn recurring reliability pain into product and platform fixes, together with the people who can ship them — including yourself.
