We’re building a meeting agent that builds company-wide conversational context and eliminates busy work around meetings. We’re a fast-moving team looking for a Product Engineer to join our core team in Berlin (hybrid/remote possible). You’ll turn user needs into well-crafted features and own them from the first idea through to shipping and improving them with customer feedback.
Every company runs on conversations, and most of that context disappears the moment a meeting ends. Jamie captures it, structures it, and makes it usable across the entire organisation. We work closely with our customers to build a magical product with real-world impact.

You’ll work across the stack to make Jamie better for the people who use it every day. That means understanding a customer’s problem, shaping a solution with the founders and the team, and following it through the interface, backend, and everything needed to make it work reliably. We care about the details that make a product feel intuitive and a feature feel finished.
Build Core Product Features: Turn user needs and product ideas into robust, well-crafted features for Jamie.
Full-Stack Development: Contribute across frontend, backend, desktop and mobile apps, and the pipelines behind them to deliver features end to end.
Shape the Product: Work closely with the founders, designers, and the team to define, iterate, and improve the user experience.
Write & Maintain Quality Code: Develop, review, and maintain clean, scalable, and well-documented code. Leave the parts of the codebase you touch easier to work with.
Improve How We Build: Help improve our development tooling, workflows, and the systems your features depend on so we can keep shipping quickly.
Ensure Quality: Own the reliability and polish of what you ship, from testing and edge cases to resolving issues in production.
Iterate with User Feedback: Stay close to customers, learn from how they use Jamie, and use that feedback to decide what to improve next.
