We’re building a meeting agent that builds company-wide conversational context and eliminates busy work around meetings. We’re a fast-moving team looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our core team in Berlin (hybrid/remote possible). You’ll own some of the hardest engineering challenges we face, wherever they happen to be in the product.
Every company runs on conversations, and most of that context disappears the moment a meeting ends. Jamie captures it, structures it, and makes it usable across the entire organisation. We work closely with our customers to build a magical product with real-world impact.

We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer to work on the hardest problems across Jamie. That might mean architecting the systems behind our AI pipelines one month, and untangling a gnarly reliability problem in our desktop or mobile apps the next.
What stays constant is the level of difficulty: real-time processing at scale, systems that need to stay up, and architectural decisions that are expensive to get wrong. You’ll have significant responsibility and influence over our product direction and engineering culture from day one.
Hard Problems, Wherever They Are: Take on the most demanding engineering work at Jamie, across backend systems, infrastructure, AI pipelines, and our desktop and mobile apps.
Architect for Scale: Design and operate systems that handle high-throughput, concurrent workloads with high availability — and keep them maintainable as we grow.
Own Systems End to End: Take responsibility for critical parts of our platform from design through production, including the reliability and performance of what you ship.
Ship Quality at Speed: Work closely with the founders and the team to define, experiment, and improve the user experience — while ensuring we deliver a robust, reliable product.
Iterate with User Feedback: Move quickly using direct user feedback and analytics to push product metrics forward.
